CARS24 has appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka, Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO, Infosys to CARS24 Audit Committee, effective November 1, 2021.
Following the appointment of Sanghrajka, the Audit Committee will comprise four members, with Jayesh being the first independent member.

Sanghrajka is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the field of finance. Currently, he is the Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO of Infosys. He has been with them since December 2012. During the span of his bountiful career, Sanghrajka has served as Vice President Finance of Mu Sigma, Head of Finance (Vice President) of Rediff.com and has also been associated with KPMG India.
